Cancellation

1. Cancellation would be accepted only within 12 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at World Cup Jerseys Store.

2. For Cancellation, an email must be sent to support@worldcupjerseys.in with complete details of the purchase and reason for cancellation.

Return & Refund Policy

To return a product, please contact our customer support team at support@worldcupjerseys.in. Our team will arrange a return pickup for your product. Once the item has been collected and verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.

For all returns, including products received in a damaged condition, the following conditions apply:

• Customers must notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.

• Images or videos of the product must be shared, showing the defect clearly in full view.

• For Tshirts, An image of the UID label (barcode sticker) attached to the product must be provided.

• Images of the packaging with the shipping label visible must be submitted.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 4–7 business days after processing.
Refund will be processed in 1-2 Days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can share their bank account details or UPI ID to receive the refund securely.

Shipping 

We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking details to monitor your shipment.
